- Human Resources (HR) Department Protection: Hiring and training an HR Department in your Corporate Office mitigates these workforce employee cost penalties by 10% per level (up to a 50% discount at Level 5).
- Training Duration Cap: Department training times scale exponentially with level, but are capped at a maximum of 72 hours (3 days) for higher levels.
3. Compliance Upkeep Fees (Tier 2+)
Starting at Tier 2 Corporation, regulatory oversight imposes a percentage-based Compliance Fee on all facility operational upkeep costs:
- Compliance Fee Surcharges: Adds +2% upkeep fee at Tier 2, +5% at Tier 3, +10% at Tier 4, and +15% at Tier 5 Empire.
