• Account Sharing: Sharing passwords or logging into accounts owned by other players is not permitted.
• Automation & Bots: Using scripts, bots, scrapers, macros, or automated tools to access, play, or collect data from Businessgame.be is strictly prohibited.
• Bug Exploitation: Intentionally exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for personal gain is forbidden. Any discovered exploit must be reported immediately to administration.
• Server Abuse: Attempting to cause harm, denial of service (DoS), or intentional server overload through repeated aggressive requests is forbidden.
• Respectful Communication: Harassment, hate speech, spamming, or abusive language in in-game chat, messages, or alliance forums will result in immediate chat restrictions or bans.

2. Account Suspension & Administration Rights

Businessgame.be reserves the explicit right to suspend, ban, reset, or delete any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for violations of game rules or conduct harming the player community.

3. Donations & Virtual Purchases

Donations and premium perks (such as Donator Tiers or Speedgifts) represent voluntary contributions to support server operations and software development. All digital perks and virtual items are non-tangible, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Account bans due to rule violations do not entitle players to refunds.

4. Service Availability & Disclaimer

Businessgame.be is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Administration is not liable for service interruptions, server downtime, game round resets, data loss, or game malfunctions.
